Used in interior and exterior applications, natural stone is a beautiful addition to any commercial building or residence. Due to the nature of the product and the tight grout joint required, special skills are necessary for acceptable installations. Embassy Suites Hotel, Parisian at the Riverchase Galleria, UAB-West Pavilion Hospital, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Headquarters and the new Morgan Keegan Building are only a few of the quality installations by D.M.I.

FABRICATED STONE

Slab material, cut to specifications in D.M.I.'s fabrication shop, has a wide variety of decorative uses in commercial and institutional settings. Projects installed by D.M.I. include the granite arch at the Food Court Entrance and the exterior signs at Eastwood Mall; the entry area Medallion at the SEC Headquarters; the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame, and the Headquarters Building of HealthSouth Corporation as well as the granite-clad exterior of the Cullman Power Building, Cullman, Alabama. The First Commercial Bank Headquarters Building, Birmingham, AL is an example of fabricated absolute black granite step panels. Dimensional stone flooring is located throughout the ground floor. The cubic absolute black stone teller line is another example of our fabrication work.
