BIRMINGHAM, AL - DMI Tile & Marble, Inc. has been awarded the contract for The Strata at Mercato. DMI will complete the exterior stone cladding and interior work including retail spaces and 92 condominium units containing custom granite vanities, hard tile floors, and walls. The general contractor is Hoar Construction, LLC, Joe Lackey, project manager. The DMI team is Eric Knight, project manager and Daniel Faulkner, superintendent.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - DMI Tile & Marble, Inc. has been awarded the contract for The Mercato located in Naples, Florida. DMI will be installing floor tile, wall tile and granite tops. There are 92 units in the project plus the common areas and clubhouse. The project team includes constructor manager Hoar Construction Company with project manager Bill Heath, architect is Cooper Carry and interior designer Lania Fryou and DMI project manager Eric Knight and DMI superintendent Quinn Sanders. Others on the team include Hoar project managers Andrew Rains and Joe Lackey, superintendents Tim Ham and Jerry Presher and interior designer Lania Fryou. The owner of the project is Lutgert Companies represented by Mike Hoyt and Tim Weidle.
